Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) is an investment holding company that managed most of the airports in Malaysiaand few International Airports . This company was incorporated in 1991 when the Malaysian Parliament passed a bill to separate the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) into two entities with different spheres of responsibilities. DCA remains the regulatory body for the airports and aviation industry in Malaysia, whilst the newly created entity, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, is to focus on the operation, management, and maintenance of airports.
The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in five segments;
- duty free and non-dutiable goods, which include the operation of duty free, non-duty free outlets and provide management service in respect of food and beverage outlets at designated airports;
- airport services, which is engaged in the management, operation and maintenance of designated airports in Malaysia, as well as providing airport related services;
- agriculture and horticulture, which is engaged in the cultivation and sale of oil palm and other agricultural products and carrying out horticulture activities;
- hotel, which is engaged in the management and operation of The Pan Pacific Hotel KLIA, and
- project and repair maintenance and the provision of mechanical and electrical engineering.
MAHB have earned Integrated Management System which include ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001 certification.

- All participant must be well attired, well being and needs, wearing a valid identification of agency at all the times during visit.
- Not under influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Participant are NOT ALLOWED to wear ROUND NECK COLLARED SHIRT, SHORT PANTS/SKIRT, JEANS, SANDALS AND SLIPPERS while visiting KLIA.
- Participant are not allowed to enter Aerobridge/Passenger Link Bridge Area.
- Paricipants are NOT ALLOWED to CARRY FOOD/DRINKS along with them.
- Participants are NOT ALLOWED to BRING any WEAPONS/SHARP ITEM or any RESTRICTED ITEMS.
- Participants are not allowed to distrupt any passenger and public's passage way.
- Kindly ensure no smoking inside the terminal area except at the designated smoking lounge.
- Participants are not allowed to damage or abuse any equipment, facilities or installation in the vicinity area.
- Participants are not allowed to block any signage or any view of other advertisement at KLIA.
- Participants are not allowed to misbehave and distrupt passenger comfortability and safety.
- Participants are not allowed to utilise any of the passenger trolleys for setting up/dismantle.
- Participants are not allowed to sleep at any passenger/public seating.
- Participants must ensure the cleanliness of the designated area throughout the visit.
- Participants shall indemnify and hold Malaysia Airport (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. harmless from and against any loss, claims and damages from any person or third party arising out of or in connection with the visit.
- Malaysia Airport (sepang) Sdn. Bhd. will not accept any responsibility for theft, loss or damage of equipment or property belonging to the company/requestor.
- The company/requestor will be liable for any loss or damages caused to any Malaysia Airports (Sepang)s installations, fittinfs, its properties or of any property under Malaysia Airports (Sepang)'s possession, control, care and custody or of any third party's property in relation to the visit process at KLIA.
