Dear All Graduate & Student Members of the IEM Negeri Sembilan Branch

NOMINATION FOR ELECTION TO FILL VACANCIES IN THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF YES (NS BRANCH) FOR SESSION 2024/2025

1. The Executive Committee meeting held on 07 Feb 2024 appointed me to be the advisor for the proper conduct of the election to fill executive committee vacancies for IEM YOUNG ENGINEERS SECTION (NS BRANCH) session 2024/2025.

2. Accordingly, the Committee has drawn up and approved the Election program for implementation.

3. The Executive Committee meeting held on 07 Feb 2024 also confirmed that the Committee Members listed below are retiring at the end of session 2023/2024, the following vacancies will arise for Session 2024/2025.

4. By Clause 4 of the Bylaws & Regulations Graduate / Student Section of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia, nominations to fill vacancies in the Committee as stated in paragraph 2 above are invited from amongst Graduate & Student Members in Negeri Sembilan. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by postage or hand carry in an envelope with the words “Confidential Nomination Paper” written on the top left corner of the envelope to Hon. Secretary, The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (Negeri Sembilan Branch), at 77-A-1, Lorong Haruan 5/3, Oakland Commerce Square, 70300 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, not later than noon on 30 April 2024.

5. The secretariat will contact successful candidates by 17th April 2024.
