3.     Confirmation of Minutes of 29th Annual General Meeting held on 24th September 2022

4.     Present and adopt Annual Report Session 2022/2023

5.     Present and adopt a Statement of Financial Accounts ending 31 December 2022

6.     Announcement of the Result of the Election for IEM NS Branch Committee for session 2023/2024 by Election Officer Ir. Dr. Oh Seong Por (DPT)

7.     Changeover of Office Bearers/ Handover of Chairmanship

8.     Election of Internal Auditors 2023/2024

9.     Appointment of External Auditor

10.  Any Other Business
