5. Present and adopt Statement of Financial Account ending 31 December 2019
6. Announcement of Result of Election for IEM NS Branch Committee for session 2020/2021 by Election Officer Ir. Tiong Ngo Pu
7. Changeover of Office Bearers/ Handover of Chairmanship
8. Election of Internal Auditors 2020/2021
9. Appointment of External Auditor
