2.     Officiating Address by President of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia

3.     Confirmation of Minutes of 30th Annual General Meeting held on 23rd September 2023

4.     Present and adopt Annual Report Session 2023/2024

5.     Present and adopt a Statement of Financial Accounts ending 31 December 2023

6.     Announcement of the Election for IEM NS Branch Committee Result for session 2024/2025 by the Election Officer Ir. Dr. Oh Seong Por (DPT)

7.     Changeover of Office Bearers/ Handover of Chairmanship

8.     Election of Internal Auditors 2024/2025

9.     Appointment of External Auditor

10.  Any Other Business

11.  Closing Address by Branch Chairman Session 2024/2025
