TECHNICAL VISIT TO NEW AEON S2 SITE PROJECT

20 participants attended this closed visit led by the IEMNS Chairman, Ir. Richard Khoo Nee Keong. He also personally presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Ong Tang Kok, Director of Kajima Malaysia Sdn Bhd, in recognition of the company's gracious hospitality and commitment to knowledge sharing with the engineering community.

The visiting delegation from IEMNS was warmly received by a distinguished team of professionals from Kajima Malaysia, demonstrating the company's commitment to fostering industry collaboration. The welcoming committee comprised senior leadership and key project personnel, including Mr. Khoo Lai Ban, Senior General Manager, who provided strategic oversight; Mr. Samsudin Karsan, Project Manager, who coordinated the overall visit experience; Mr. Tan Eng Qin, Deputy Project Manager; Mr. Syed Mohammad Al Idrus, Assistant Project Manager; Mr. Tan Cheng Leong, Civil & Structural (C&S) Design Manager, who shared technical insights into the project's structural engineering aspects; and Mr. Mohd Nor Azrin, Safety, Health, and Environment Officer, who highlighted the project's commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.


The New AEON Site Project (ongoing Seremban 2 expansion as of 2026) provides significant practical insights into modern construction, sustainable infrastructure, and retail digital transformation.
