1. PAYMENT

We only accept full payment for any product you purchased. Goods will not be dispatched until we have recieved any receipt or proof of payment from you.

Payment can be made via CASH / CHEQUE / BANK-IN TRANSMISSION / ONLINE TRANSFER / LO / WALK-IN.

Payment via Bank-in Transmission /Online Transfer:-

Issued in favour of "The Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Negeri Sembilan Branch" and crossed 'A/C payee only'.

2. TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or for uncontrollable forces which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.

The Organising Committee retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

 3. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We provide returns and exchanges of product purchased due to manufacturing defect, within 10 days from the date product is received. 

Upon receiving the returned product and verified valid for returns, a cheque with 3 months expiry date, equivalent to the price of the purchased product will be issued and sent via courier or self collect at IEMNS office by customer.

Unless the product is received faulty, please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

Items should be returned unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 
Delivery fee to return the product to IEMNS shall be borne by the customer.
